RETURN POLICY – IZANORIA
At Izanoria , each work is created with rare attention, high artistic standards, and absolute care. In order to preserve the authenticity, value, and official integrity of our paintings, we have implemented a clear, responsible, and fair return policy .
Return period
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your work to request a return.
Return conditions
To guarantee the uniqueness and sealed integrity of the work, no returns will be accepted if the package has been opened .
This does not call into question the authenticity of the work, but opening the packaging alters its official integrity , making the return inadmissible.
Indeed, an unsealed work could be subject to duplication or exhibition beyond our control, which undermines the value of its certificate of originality .
In case of damage during transport
We understand the importance of receiving a work in perfect condition.
This is why we strongly recommend filming the opening of the package upon receipt .
In the event of a proven anomaly (damaged work, damaged package), and subject to video evidence , we undertake to offer you a suitable solution: refund or replacement , depending on the situation.
Return procedure

Once your request is validated, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return label if applicable.
Refund
Upon receipt of the returned work (packaging intact, work unopened), a full refund will be made via the initial payment method, within 7 to 10 working days .
