Return and Refund Policy – Izanoria
At Izanoria , each work is designed to move, enrich a place and last through time. However, if your order does not fully meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility of simply returning it, wherever you are.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, whether you live in France or anywhere in the world.
2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return, the work must:

Be in its original condition , unused and undamaged

Be returned in its original packaging , or equivalent packaging ensuring its protection
Personalized or custom-made works are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of an obvious defect or error on our part.

Once your request is validated, we will send you a prepaid return label and all necessary instructions.
4. RETURN COSTS
At Izanoria , returns are completely free , regardless of the reason for the return.
No administrative procedures or fees will be required.
We cover all return costs, including for international orders.
5. REIMBURSEMENT
Once the artwork has been received and inspected, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .
You will be notified by email as soon as the refund has been triggered.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the package and the item in question.
We will process your request as a priority and offer you a quick and personalized solution.
