2. Products and authenticity
Each Izanoria work is an original, limited-edition creation, delivered with its certificate of authenticity. Our visuals, descriptions, and formats are provided with the utmost precision, ensuring transparency and quality.

3. Price
All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Izanoria reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but works are invoiced according to the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Payment
Orders are paid securely via credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the website. Orders are considered valid only after payment has been validated.

5. Delivery
Delivery is always free and express , with no extra charge, regardless of the destination. Each package is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in the best possible conditions.

6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with our [Return and Refund Policy], you have 15 days to request a return, only if the artwork has not been unpacked. Any opened package cannot be returned, in order to preserve the authenticity and uniqueness of the painting as well as its certificate.
