General Conditions of Sale – Izanoria
These General Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the site www.izanoria.com , owned by Mr. OUAHABI, micro-entrepreneur registered under SIRET 97958241800013. By validating an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all of these conditions.
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of works of art, digital or printed creations, offered by Izanoria .
2. PRODUCTS
The works offered for sale are presented with the greatest care, accompanied by detailed descriptions. The photographs are not contractual, and slight differences in rendering may appear depending on the screen used.
Some works may be unique or limited edition. Once sold out, they will no longer be available.
3. PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes, excluding delivery costs (which are free , see Delivery section).
Izanoria reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. ORDER
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
Once the order is validated, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. Izanoria reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of unavailability of the work, prior dispute, or suspicion of fraud.
5. PAYMENT
Payment for purchases is made via secure payment platforms (credit card, PayPal, or other available options). Payment is debited immediately upon order validation.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase , in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, and many other countries around the world.
The average processing time is 2 to 6 business days , including the careful preparation of your artwork. In addition, there are shipping times specific to the selected carrier.
As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, also available at any time from your Izanoria customer account .
Certain stages of order processing (printing, framing, certificate editing and shipping) are carried out in collaboration with our partner LaboPhotos , a professional workshop recognized for the quality of its work in the field of visual art.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, except for personalized or custom-made works, which are neither refundable nor exchangeable , except in the event of a defect or error on our part.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are free , regardless of the reason.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All works, texts, images and graphic elements present on the site are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
10. RESPONSIBILITY
Izanoria cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the purchase, misuse or poor conservation of the works.

The information collected during your order is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
