1. Do I officially own the work?
Yes. Upon purchase, you become the sole and exclusive official owner of the work. Only you may resell, exhibit, or transfer it. However, Izanoria remains the author of the work: like any great workshop, we retain the artistic signature and authorship of the creation. Like museum masterpieces, you own the work, but it carries the soul of those who created it.

2. How long does it take to create a work?

At Izanoria , each work begins with an intention : to convey a precise emotion, sometimes gentle, sometimes intense, but always unique.
We explore several visions, let the imagination trace its shapes, then carefully select those which carry the strongest soul .

Each painting is then reworked and refined manually : adjusting a light, balancing a nuance, deepening a detail... until the desired emotion becomes palpable.

Nothing is left to chance: our goal is to create works that touch the heart , speak to the soul and remain etched in the memory .

3. Are your works digital or physical?
All our works are digital artworks , created with high-precision professional tools. They are then physically printed on high-end supports (art paper, canvas, etc.) and framed in a format designed to enhance the painting. You receive a physical work, ready to display.

4. Can I order a personalized work?
Yes. We create custom-made works , based on your emotions, your stories or even personal photos , such as a family photo. The emotion born from a memory or a shared look is the ideal starting point for a unique creation. It's not just a painting: it's a memory that has become a work of art.

5. Can I exhibit the work publicly?
Yes, as long as you respect the author mention : "Original work Izanoria". Whether in a gallery, a business, or a public space, the work can be shared, as long as it is neither modified nor exploited without our prior agreement.

6. How are the works delivered?
Our paintings are carefully packaged in a protected and rigid format. They are delivered framed, ready to hang. Each order is precisely tracked and treated like a precious piece.

7. What if I want to resell my work?
You are free to resell your work. It belongs to you. However, each resale must retain the provided certificate of authenticity , guaranteeing the Izanoria origin. This certificate also helps preserve the work's value on the secondary market.

8. Do you offer certificates of authenticity?
Yes. Each work is accompanied by an official certificate of authenticity , signed and dated. This document attests to the originality of the work, its date of creation, its rarity and the fact that it will never be reproduced.

9. Why choose an Izanoria work?
Because Izanoria doesn't sell images. We sell stories. Fragments of truth. Emotions to hang on your walls.

10. Can I make a return or exchange?
As our works are numbered, signed and sealed , we do not accept returns if the packaging has been opened . This does not remove the authenticity of the work, but it alters its official integrity , making any return impossible.

If the package is damaged upon receipt , we invite you to film the opening of the package upon receipt . Without video proof , no refund can be offered. With proof, we undertake to find a suitable solution : replacement or refund, as appropriate.

11. What are the dimensions of Izanoria works?
Our paintings are available in a rectangular format of 60 × 90 cm (60 cm wide 🖼️ 90 cm high), a dimension designed to enhance each work.

12. Who do you work with for manufacturing?
We collaborate with LaboPhotos, a French studio renowned for the quality of its prints and framing. Each work is carefully printed, hand-framed, and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.

13. Do your purchases support a cause?
Yes. A portion of each order is donated to animal welfare organizations. Buying from Izanoria also means contributing to a vital cause.

14. Why are your prices higher?
