2. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are prepared within 2 to 6 working days .
Each work is carefully checked, packaged and protected before shipping.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • France : 3 to 7 working days

  • United States : 3 to 14 business days

  • United Kingdom : 3 to 10 working days

  • Others : 3 to 14 working days

These times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier, peak periods or customs formalities.

Certain stages of order processing (printing, framing, certificate editing and shipping) are carried out in collaboration with our partner LaboPhotos , a professional workshop recognized for the quality of its work in the field of visual art.

4. DELIVERY COSTS

At Izanoria , delivery is always free , regardless of the amount of your order or your country of residence.

You will not be charged any additional fees for shipping, even for international shipments.
We believe that a work should never be burdened by shipping costs.

5. ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery of your package in real time via the carrier's website.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY

If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you within the specified time frame, contact us within 48 hours with the necessary information (photos, order reference).

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. In the event of an address error resulting in a return, a reshipment fee may be charged.
